Mr. Darcy's Ludlow, Vermont

When I think of Mr. Darcy's, the immediate thing that comes to mind are the truffle parmesan fries. If you need your FF fix, this is where you go. You can get dinners or "pub food' with a great selection of beer at this place!...and the beer selection!

Review~ "Love this place! When I visit my brother in Vegas, we are always going to burger places. Let me tell you, this place is comparable to some of the best burgers I have had there. The Darcy is my favorite, but I have tried many of their other burgers and haven't been disappointed yet. And the burger is always cooked perfectly to my requested medium rare. All this and I haven't even mentioned the truffle Parmesan fries -- perfection! Plus they keep us locals in mind with their Darcy's card and off season specials."

Review~ "While staying in the area for a long weekend, the craving for a good burger overpowered me which landed my girlfriend and I here for dinner.I had The Frenchie burger topped with French Brie and caramelized onions which was delicious. The truffle fries with Parmesan were great as well and my girlfriend had the Fog Horn Leg Horn. All in all, the food, drinks and service was good and we look forward to coming back next time we're in the area."

Review~"My boyfriend and I were visiting the area and decided to give Mr. Darcy's a try. We were absolutely blown away by the food. Our burgers and fries were amazing. We both got the Farmhouse burger and it was cooked perfectly. The meat was of a high quality and the roll was everything you'd want in a hamburger bun. The Parmesan truffle fries were to die for. I can honestly say that I left tonight a member of the clean plate club. The atmosphere was sweet and cozy- very Vermont. The service was great and it wasn't very crowded. Excellent experience!"

Review~"Scrumptious food all the way around. Billed as a seafood house, only a couple of seafood entrees.  Nevertheless, your tummy will hurt bc you can't stop chomping yours and everyone else's delicious noms.  We tried chicken parm, bacon meatloaf, wedge salad, butternut squash ravioli. Excellent summer sangria, w/fresh blueberries and strawberries.  Sauce for chicken parm was on point.  Blue cheese dressing for wedge was super fresh. Totally satisfied."

Farmhouse and Smoke House Blue burgers for most. My daughter had the sirloin and loved it. The French onion soup is legit.  Shrimp appetizer was the bomb!!!!
