Grand Beach has a Dog Swim Area

Now Visitors can take Fido Swimming

For years there has been a struggle between Pet Owners and the Grand Beach rules that dogs were not allowed on the beach. Now Owners can take Fido to a special Dog Friendly stretch of sand where everyone has fun.

Visitors that bring their dogs can park in the Boat Launch area and walk Fido over the bridge that crosses that narrow stream between the lagoon and the lake. Turn left when they get off the bridge and walk towards the lake. You can't miss it!

Just beyond the Dog Swim Area is an Off Leash area as well. So exercising the family pet will be easier than ever this summer.
