This beautiful family friendly, newly updated 3 bedroom 2.5 bath villa with 1988 sqft is located at the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort, sleeps 8. Less than a 10 min walk to the private beach and steps away from the, General Store, Alexanders, Big Jims BBQ and the Dunes House and 5 pools available to use. The Full kitchen with a large dining area is equipped with a washer dryer. 6 Beach chairs and a beach cart and an umbrella is included. Second floor has 2 large bedrooms with a Jack and Jill style bathroom.Large living area has a 65 inch smart TV with cable. Downstair bedroom has smart TV with cable and Roku, upstair bedrooms both have TVs as well. There is also an outdoor shower to wash the sand off after a fun day at the beach. The Brand new large deck has a fire pit dinning table, large grill, four rocking chairs and large eleven foot umbrella. Plenty of room to make family memories under the stars. Private entrance one small step to enter condo.

During season The Dunes buggy is available for transportation to the beach so you can dine or have drinks at the beautiful Dunes House right on the beach or over to Shelter Cove. If you rent bikes from one of the vendors there are bike paths throughout Palmetto Dunes and Hilton Head Island

We want you to enjoy your stay. Since this condo as part of a resort community it has several community and house rules.

Must be at least 25 years old to book a reservation. All guests names must be listed on the reservation. The person that booked must be there at checkin and stay for the duration of reservation.

Quiet time is 10pm - 8am

Parking passes required at guest expense $25 per vehicle per stay w/ max of 2 vehicle to be picked up at 16 Queens Folly Rd. Please park only in assigned parking lots, any parking tickets for illegally parked cars will be at the guests expense

Bikes must be left at the bike racks, not in the gardens by the front door or on or locked to the back deck

Garbage pickup Tuesday and Friday mornings. All trash must be in the bins provided in the service yard, including recyclables.
