Getting around

The resort is walkable to all areas of the resort. On sight bike rental company April to September there is a FREE trolley that can take you around certain parts of Hilton Head. Trolley stop is located right outside our resorts front entrance.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Pull up to the main security gate and tell them your name. They will give you the passing pass. If you need 2 passed you must notify me before checking in. The security team will give you a map of the resort and tell you how to get to building #2.

*No pets allowed per resort rules. If you do bring a pet in, you will be charge $400 for additional cleaning fee. Plus and damages inside the condo and fines from the resort.

CAR ONLY parking under building 3 and 4. Fines are over $200. ( SUV ,Trucks and crossovers can park in parking lot) *You will be responsible for any fines durning your stay*

Trailers, boats and commercial vehicles are NOT permitted to be parked on the property

*Same day bookings might result in a checkout after 4pm* This will allow our cleaning team enough time to complete the cleaning

* Every second Friday of each month our condo will get pest control service. They will knock on the door and apply treatment if needed. Takes less than 5 minutes.

Payment Policy

Accept all major credit cards . 50% down to book, the other 50% down 30 days before check in date.

Refundable Damage Deposit

$100, refundable after a week of checkout

Cancellation Policy

45 days before checkin date to cancel. I you cancel we can try to fill those dates to offer a refund once those dates are filled.
