Expedition Station 326 Ski in/ski out + Slope View - Snowshoe

Please note that adhering to these rules is a requirement of the terms and conditions of our rental agreement.

We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in additional payment or other penalties.


General Requirements:
• Check-in is at 4:00pm
• Check-out is at 10:00am
• A $10.00 charge will be added to your booking for lost or stolen key cards.


Parking:
• Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements. Please show consideration to other vehicles in the area.

• Upon checking in at Allegany Springs, you will receive a parking pass. Parking is across the street from Rimfire Lodge. Overflow parking is available at the General Parking lot at the Top of the World and Silver Creek.


Visitors & Noise:
• No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.

• The maximum property capacity is 4 people.
A $75.00 charge will be added for every extra guest.

• Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

• Please be considerate of our neighbors. Quiet time is from 10:00pm til 8:00am. Please refrain from making noise during that time.


Child Safety:
• Our home welcomes children however, we do not have a crib and/or pack-n-play. Feel free to bring your own.

• Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.


Pets:
• Pets are not permitted in the unit and/or building.


Safety & Energy Saving:
• Please close the window and lock the door when leaving the premises.


Smoking:
• Smoking and/or Vaping is not allowed inside the unit and/or inside Expedition Station.


Damages & Breakages:
• Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we can repair or replace them.

• Please refrain from moving furniture.

• The cost of any damages or breakages caused by negligence may be deducted from your security deposit.


Ski and/or Snowboard equipment is not allowed in the unit! If you need a locker, please let us know and we will provide one to you. Damaging to the floor or carpet, will result in a $100 fee.


Check-Out Procedures:
• Check-out time is at 10:00am.

• Place all used sheets, towels and linens in the bath tub.

• Remove all trash from the unit. The trash dump is located on the 4th
floor and “LR” in elevator 1, within the Expedition Station building.

• Wash all dishes.

• Turn the thermostat to heat, 55 degrees Fahrenheit.

• Please turn off all lights.

• Turn off all electrical appliances.

• Close the window and close the unit door behind you.

• Keys are to be returned at the front desk located in Alleghany Springs.

Alternatively, a $75.00 additional cleaning fee will be added to your booking, if the check out procedures are not completed.
