A mid-century modern inspired chalet in the Lake Naomi community designed for families traveling together that enjoy the creature comforts of home & a crisp design aesthetic (renovated summer 2019). Pull into the oversized driveway off a low-traffic roadway & step into the two-floor raised chalet entry & den below the expansive upper deck via your unique keyless code.

LIVING SPACE: The entry is connected to the comfortable den boasting a massive sectional that youll sink into immediately. Make movie night part of your vacation with the 75 4K HDR Roku Smart TV & Sonos surround system (complete with multiple complimentary streaming services & curated movies - no cable). Behind the sliding barn door youll have access to the lower hallway where youll find a laundry room with a full size LG front-loading washer & dryers (detergent included) that will keep your clothes fresh for your entire stay. At the end of the hall youll find the newly imagined game room with a pool table/ping pong table, & a full-sized 4 player arcade game system with over 1,700 games including all the retro classics & arcade favorites, stereo Sonos speakers & a beverage fridge to keep you hydrated. A custom designed full bathroom with shower tub combination is available off the hallway. Step through the French doors to relax in the 6 person hot tub under a dense canopy of pines & native timbers. Only a few feet away youll enjoy the custom fire pit with seating for 8 - perfect for roasting marshmallows! If you or the kids are looking for some competition, check out our newly installed basketball hoop at the back end of our property on a safe double dead-end road.

Back inside & directly up the striped staircase youll enter the bright & airy vaulted living room that has a floor to ceiling stone fireplace (converted to electric for safety). A comfortable sofa, relaxing chair & soft poufs combined with stereo Sonos speakers will provide your gathering the desired ambiance. The dining room is adjacent (with an 8 person butterfly extendable table) along with a breakfast bar to seat 4 additional people. The setup is perfect for parents to relax upstairs while kids can enjoy themselves with games or TV downstairs ahh.

Out the dining room youll be able to access the large upper deck including a 3 burner propane Weber grill (including propane). Setup dinner & drinks outside at the picnic table for the kids & the adult table for the rest of the family while you cook in the fresh air amidst the majestic timbers. Relaxing in our cozy outdoor living room on the deck is a great way to enjoy a beverage with the glory of nature all around. Back inside, the floorplan flows easily into the open concept, nod to retro kitchen.

COOKING SPACE: Styled vintage vibes with new appliances & cooking conveniences await you in the newly renovated well-supplied kitchen. Ample cooking & baking supplies with utensils are included for your use to make your stay even more home-like. Enjoy hands-free cooking help, music control & house information just by asking Alexa.

UPPER SLEEPING + BATHING SPACE: Down the hall youll find 3 of the 4 bedrooms each with unique design touches & creature comforts such as bedside USB charging stations, remote controlled ceiling fans, dimmable recessed lighting & individual Sonos personal sound systems. The completely gutted bathroom features dual vessel sinks atop a custom wood counter & a heavenly rain shower in frameless glass.

✶✶✶ Primary Bedroom: The spacious primary queen bedroom with large closet (accommodates 2 people) is entered on the left & has windows overlooking majestic trees that gently filter light into the room. Your personal 55 4K Roku Smart TV has all the streaming access as the den & bunk room for your viewing pleasure. A comfy barrel chair, remote controlled fan & lamp will be perfect for a late night read & a glass of wine.

✶✶✶ Twin Bedroom: The second bedroom to your left is a twin bedroom with two comfortable upholstered beds, ample double closet space, silent remote controlled ceiling fan & white bamboo linens. If you need to keep up with work, youll find a full desk complete with task lighting & charging station tucked away in the closet (accommodates 2 people).

✶✶✶ Queen Bedroom: The first bedroom to your right is a queen bedroom with ceiling fan & luxury white bamboo linens (accommodates 2 people) that has an open concept without a closet, but includes a luggage rack.

LOWER ROOM+ BATHING SPACE: Youll find the last of the rooms (perfect for the kids) downstairs. Directly across the hall there is a full brand new bathroom with rain shower & tub combination.

✶✶✶ Bunk: Adjacent to the game room youll find the bunk room (accommodates 4 children) plus a cozy reading nook (perfect for all the kids or the young at heart). Let the kids enjoy some movie or music time with their own 55 4K Roku Smart TV with streaming movie access & Sonos soundbar.

All bedrooms include their own personal Sonos sound system with access to Spotify, Pandora, Amazon music & a large private collection of music as well. The entire home has Mesh WiFi with 400MB down high-speed internet for fast speeds for all of your devices. Each bedroom has ample electrical outlets including high-speed USB charging ports & well as bedside charging stations. While the mountain climate produces very comfortable temperatures (& we do not have air-conditioning), in addition to ceiling fans installed in all rooms we have included 40 remote controlled oscillating tower fans for each bedroom.

PARKING: Large driveway allows for multiple vehicles to have direct access to our home & keeps the car shuffle to a minimum when hosting family.

LAKE NAOMI CLUB MEMBERSHIP (OPTIONAL FOR 7 DAY+ STAYS ARE SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS BY THE CLUB):
During your stay, you may have the OPTION TO PURCHASE A TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP TO THE LAKE NAOMI CLUB . The extra fee, paid directly to the Lake Naomi Club via their online form, will provide you access to all the amenities of the club, including a tennis complex, 9-hole golf course, basketball courts, archery, three pools (one indoor), fitness center with hot tubs, sauna & steam room, sailing, kayaking, a beach bar & indoor bar with patio & dining at the clubhouse restaurant.
