* Must be at least 25 years old to book
* Stays over 45 days require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee of $150 to be charged to the guest.
* Guests are required to sign the renter agreement with in 48 hours of booking.

Drive way and street parking. You will have access to the garage for storing skis and wet gear, but parking is limited to the driveway.
