Welcome to Natures Haven, a delightful retreat nestled in the scenic Pocono Mountains within a secure gated community. Were thrilled to offer you a warm and inviting home away from home, filled with amenities to make your stay truly memorable.

Natures Haven is ideally located near the Pocono Shopping Outlet, Kalahari Resorts, Mount Airy Casino, and Camelback Mountain, offering endless opportunities for adventure and exploration. Conveniently, grocery shopping is just a few miles away.
With 4 bedrooms, our house provides ample space for your group to relax and unwind. We can comfortably fit up to 12 guests and our permit does not allow for more than that. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and a crib (with a maximum weight limit of 50lb), while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids, with 2 twin bunk beds and a twin trundle bed. Lastly, the fourth bedroom boasts a king bed and a twin bed. Weve carefully designed each room to ensure a cozy and restful nights sleep.

Youll find 2.5 bathrooms in our house, offering convenience and privacy for all guests. On chilly evenings, cozy up by the gas fireplace and enjoy the warmth it provides. Outside, gather around the fire pit and create lasting memories under the starry sky.

As our guest, youll have access to a game room where fun and friendly competition await. Shoot some hoops on the basketball court or showcase your skills on the pool table. The community also offers seasonal amenities, including 4 refreshing pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, mini-golf, a scenic lake for boating, and playgrounds
for the little ones. Please note that access to these amenities requires badges, which can be obtained for a nominal fee of $12 per person per day. Waterfront amenities are typically open Memorial Day- Labor Day.

In case of a rainy day, our home offers board games and the game room for indoor entertainment. Additionally, a smart TV in the living room allows you to unwind and enjoy your favorite shows or movies.

A car is strongly recommended to get around in the Poconos. But we have a private driveway, which can fit up to 4 cars! Our community does not allow cars to park on the street, so please do not arrive with more than 4 cars. The community requires all car information to be submitted at least 72 hours in advance.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Guests must go to the welcome center on arrival. Each driver must show their original unexpired drivers license and a printed copy of their car registration. Guests will gain access to the home via individualized key code, which will become active at checkin time.

We cannot allow more than 12 guests. We are in a gated community which closely monitors this.

House Rules

- Parties are not permitted
- No smoking indoors
- We love our furry friends, but due to allergies, cannot accommodate them, should any animals be brought into the home without consent, an additional fee and cleaning fee may be implemented
- Fireworks are against community policy and are not permitted
- Please don't tamper with our security system or WiFi during your stay
- Please don't flush anything down our toilets, other than toilet paper
- The master closet, and a small closet in the game room are not available for use - if these are tampered with, an additional fee may occur
- All cars (maximum of 4) must be parked in the driveway at all times
- The person booking the home, must be staying in the home for the entire duration of the stay - third party bookings are not permitted
- we are unable to accommodate more than 12 guests at any time
- the community requires all guest information and car information at least 72 hours prior to your reservation. If this information is sent less than 72 hours, a $75 charge will be sent to the guest. This $75 also applies to bookings made within 72 hours of checkin date, as per the community
- For a late checkout until 1pm, a $50 fee will be collected through the resolution center, but must be requested of the host at least 24 hours prior to checkout and is subject to availability. For checkout later than 1pm, a higher fee will be discussed with guests.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposits are refunded after guest checkout, and after the property is inspected. Refund may take 10 days to clear.

Your safety and security are important to us. For your peace of mind, we have outdoor cameras solely for guest and property security, along with a convenient ring doorbell. We kindly request that you refrain from altering the security systems and respect the provided Wi-Fi. In case of any issues, there may be a fee associated with resolving them. We would like to remind you that our property is not pet-friendly, as we aim to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Violation of this policy will result in a fee, along with an additional cleaning fee. To ensure a peaceful and respectful atmosphere, parties are not permitted on-site. We kindly request that you observe the strict no-smoking and no-fireworks policy, ensuring the comfort and safety of all guests. To ensure a peaceful environment for all, we kindly request that you respect our neighbors during quiet hours, which are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. As per community regulations, we kindly ask you to provide the names of all individuals in your party, regardless of age, as well as the make, model, year, license plate number of each vehicle. This information must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. Failure to comply may result in a late fee of $75 charged by the community. We are happy to share the form with you, so you can view the required information that needs to be sent. To gain entry into the community, all arriving vehicles must have a printed copy of their registration and a valid driver's license. Simply bring these documents to the welcome center upon your arrival to receive a gate pass. The gate pass must be visibly displayed in your vehicle throughout your stay in the community.
