Hilton Head Resort is a private gated resort with 24-hour security and is centrally located on the island. There is something for the whole family to do without getting leaving the resort.

Our condo is 2 bedroom/2 bath and is on the 2nd Floor of Building 4 of Hilton Head Resort. Our unit accommodates a maximum of 5. It is fully furnished and stocked with amenities for an enjoyable stay.

This is a NO SMOKING, NO PETS ALLOWED, Kid friendly unit. Must meet Minimum Age Requirement of 25 to Rent this unit.

KITCHEN: is well equipped with dishes, silverware, tea/coffee mugs, cups, wine glasses, pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker, tea pot, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, dish towels, paper towels, dish soap and ceiling fan.

DINING ROOM: Table to seat 4 comfortably and a breakfast bar with 2 additional seats.

LIVING ROOM: is a great place to relax on either the sofa or chair. A 50-inch TV with access to HD cable channels is available for your use. Free Secure Wi-Fi is available.

MASTER BEDROOM with a King bed and plenty of drawer space for your clothing. A 32-inch TV with HD cable viewing is available.

GUEST BEDROOM: has a full bed that can comfortably sleep 2 along with a twin size for one additional guest. A 28-inch TV is available to watch HD cable TV

EN SUITE MASTER BATH: connected to Master Bedroom, full tub and sink.

GUEST BATHROOM: is located off the hallway with a full-size tub .
Each bathroom includes toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, facial and body soaps. Bath towels are available for use within the unit only.

The Resort and our condo are a great value while not sacrificing the quality and the many amenities of the more expensive resorts on the island.

Amenities include:
Building 1: Resort style outdoor pool, “The Island Grill and Deli”
Building 2: Large sun deck
Building 3: Indoor pool (heated in the winter), exercise room, jogging track, sauna, whirlpool, and wireless Internet in common areas
Building 4: Six lighted tennis courts

Bike rentals available at the resort! Super convenient :)

Take a stroll on the 200-yard private boardwalk to the beach or ride the complimentary shuttle and enjoy the salt-water marsh wildlife.
At the end of the boardwalk you find “Coco’s on the Beach” bar and grill (closed during the winter) and beach volley ball court.

If golfing is your game, Trent Jones Golf Courses at Palmetto Dunes is conveniently located next door.

Hilton Head is known for its bike paths across the island, so spend a fun day biking, stopping at Shelter Cove to enjoy live music, playing on the playground, shopping or eating at wonderful restaurants. Other unique areas to visit are: Harbour Town, Coligny Plaza, Creek Cats Tour, Savannah, or just play and relax at the beach! Biking, fishing, dolphin watching, horseback riding, cinemas, boating sailing, shelling, hiking, live theater, swimming, snorkeling/diving, kayaking, miniature golf, parasailing, public golf courses, crabbing, museums, sightseeing, and too much to list.

House Rules

1. All rules outlined below, posted in the unit and throughout Hilton Head Resort by the Property Management must always be followed or else be subject to HHR Fines.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. House Rules must be followed to include:
 Smoking is NOT permitted at this property. Violations will incur a $300 fee min.
 Animals/pets are NOT permitted at this property. Violations will incur a $300 fee min.
 Parties or private events are NOT permitted at this property. Violations will incur a $300 fee min.
 Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
 Do no sit on the furniture with wet clothing or towels.
 Only operate appliances for their intended uses.
 Do not hang towels or clothing on railings.
 Do not leave personal property on the porch.
 No motorcycles, campers or trailers allowed.
5. Parking: The parking permit will be requested by the Homeowner and can be picked up at the security office upon arrival. Renters must display the parking pass on the vehicle dashboard so that it viewable by Hilton Head Resort security at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense.
6. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which may be used, if needed, during your stay. A departure cleaning will take place on the day of your departure from the unit during which all used linen and towels will be laundered. We Do Not permit the towels or linens provided to be taken from the unit for use at the pool or the beach. Therefore, you must be sure to bring your own personal pool / beach towels.
7. Common Areas: Common areas such as walkways and landscaping areas shall be kept clear of personal belongings such as bikes, beach gear, toys, furniture. Bikes are not permitted in the unit or on the porch. Bikes must be stored in designated areas.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable deposit 50% of total reservation cost due at time of reservation.
If cancellation is requested up to 7 days before check-in refund of balance due paid (minus processing fees if applicable)
No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
