Relax at this beautifully decorated oceanview condo in the heart of the Hilton Head Islands main beach. Just steps to the sand and walking distance to shopping, dining and entertainment. The villa features a modern kitchen, 2 flat screen TVs, a queen bed in the bedroom, queen sleeper in the living room and bunks for the kids in the hall. The villa comes with 2 beach chairs and towels and everything you need to cook a meal in the middle of an oceanfront complex with direct beach access.
Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Heads main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued. Lot can fill up, don't block anyone in.

My wife, Kendall, and I moved to the area in 2001, bought our first rental villa in 2002 and have slowly added properties ever since. Cancellation Policy

Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
