The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 people, including children. The HOA has the right to deny entry if more than 6 guests arrive. No refund will be provided if you are turned away for disregarding this rule.

Guests agree to provide a copy of their IDs to resort security if requested.

Guests agree to submit the names of all people in your group within 24 hours of booking. This information is required by the HOA. Access to property will not be given without this information.

Person booking must be at least 25 years of age. Host has the right to ask for government ID before arrival. If this is not provided within 24 hours of the host's request, this is considered a violation of rules and the reservation can be cancelled with no refund to the guest.

No parties or events are allowed. This will result in immediate removal from resort property with no refunds.

Resort quiet hours are from 10 pm- 8 am.

Smoking is not allowed in the condo or on resort property.

Renters are not allowed to have pets on property. This is an HOA rule. The Mexican government does not recognize emotional support animals.

Host is not responsible for belongings left behind after check out.

If one of our amenities are out of service during your stay, partial refunds will not be granted. We will do our best to fix it, but this cannot be guaranteed.

If the guest makes the host aware of any issues with the home that require immediate fixing, guest agrees to allow host or agent (Handyman, housekeeper, plumber, etc.) access to the home to perform repair.

Any biohazard cleanups will incur an additional $150 fee.

Check out time is 11 am. (No late check outs will be granted.)
