A stylish coastal getaway with beach & ocean views from your private rooftop. On the same street as Maroochydore Beach and Maroochy Surf Club. The apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floor with no lift. Guests must be able to use stairs.

The apartment is conveniently located just 15 minutes from Sunshine Coast Airport and 60 minutes from Brisbane. Its central location allows easy walking access to nearby beaches, shops, and more. E-scooters are available for hire. Download the Neuron app to find and unlock them. They are often stationed near the Maroochy Surf Club and the surrounding streets. Bus service stops are located on Sixth Avenue, less than a minute’s walk from the apartment.

Do not attempt to enter the property prior to your check-in time. **** To guarantee early access or a late checkout we suggest booking the night before or after. Requests for Early Check-in • Early check-ins may be possible if the unit is ready, usually confirmed on the day of check in. I will notify you if it is available. Requests for Late Check-out • Due to early check-ins and the time it takes to clean and prepare the unit, late check-outs are generally not possible.

Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Onsite management will notify the police and me if this rule is violated, and your stay will be cancelled with no refund. This includes schoolies, end-of-school groups, or university O-week students.

No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property, on balconies, and in common areas. Candles, incense, and any open flames are also not allowed.

Personal Belongings:
The host is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.

Key & Garage Fob Replacement:
If you lose or damage the key, there is a $80 replacement fee.
If you lose the bedroom fan remotes or TV remote there is a $100 replacement fee

No Climbing on Furniture:
For your safety, please do not climb on furniture or use it improperly.

Safety Hazards:
Be aware of steep stairs and slippery surfaces in wet areas.

Children:
The apartment is not safety vetted for children/babies, you are responsible for your own children/babies at all times. Children must be supervised at all times. Children must be supervised at all times, especially in common areas, the pool, and the BBQ area. If children are in the pool area, you must be present to supervise them. Supervision is also required on the rooftop and balcony.

Caution - Skylights on Rooftop:
Do not step, sit, or climb on skylights on the rooftop. Ensure children and guests do not play, stand, sit, or step on the skylights, as they are not designed to support weight.

Caution - Use of Pool Noodles and Boogie Boards:
For your enjoyment, we provide pool noodles and boogie boards. Use of these items is at your own risk. We strongly recommend following all safety guidelines, supervising children closely, and exercising caution at all times. The host is not liable for any accidents or injuries resulting from their use, whether at the pool or the beach.

Caution - Use of Portacot and High Chair:
We provide a portacot and high chair for your convenience. Please ensure these items are used according to the manufacturer's instructions and that children are supervised at all times when in use. The host is not liable for any accidents or injuries resulting from their use.

Liability:
By booking this property, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your guests. The host is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during your stay, including those resulting from the use of equipment provided by the host.

Payment Policy

To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days before your check-in date. If the balance is not received by this time, your booking may be subject to cancellation, and the deposit may be forfeited according to our cancellation policy.

No refund: Cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Full refund within 48 hours: Cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

Our long-term cancellation policy applies to reservations of 28 or more consecutive nights.

Full refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking, with the cancellation occurring at least 28 days before check-in.
Partial refund: If a guest cancels after the 48-hour window, there is no refund for nights already spent, plus no refund for the next 30 nights of the reservation.
No refund: If fewer than 30 nights remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, 100% of the payment for the remaining nights is non-refundable.
