Toolangi Heights - Toolangi

We live in part of the house and whilst we want guests to have a good time; running around the house and dragging furniture and other items across the floor is particularly problematic for us.

For 90% of guests, the following rules are self evident.

1. Arriving with more guests than booked without letting us know is our biggest issue. We have no issue being accommodating if you have some last minute additions (just inform us). Trying to sneak extra's in (we have had up to 8 in the past) is not on and may result in forfeiting your booking.
2. We are happy to host children but we require them to be well supervised at all times and that the house is looked after as if it was your own.
In particular, we insist that children (and adults) do not run around the house!
3. Smoking (including vaping) only allowed outdoors.
4. Guests are expected to leave kitchen and bathroom areas clean, ie: benches wiped, dishes washed, waste disposed of.
5. We provide rubbish bags. All waste can be either taken away by guests or placed in skip (we are not able to separate recyclables etc.).
6. Its preferred that the piano is only played be competent musicians.
7. The provided chairs and tables are to be lifted and not dragged across the floor.
8. Any damage to equipment, walls, furniture is expected to be reported.
9. Whilst we allow some events (with prior arrangement), loud and late music is not permissable (after 11am) and all music needs to cease beyond midnight.
