STUNNING views of the ocean from every window & balcony.The living area has a huge, comfy sectional sofa w/2 addl chairs - a perfect entertaining spot. Enjoy the 65 smart 4K HDTV.

Villamare full pool and deck renovation underway(see pics at very end) expected completion date of 4/30/24. Beach access still be available and THERE IS AN INDOOR POOL AVAILABLE at the health club on-site. Rates have been discounted .

Kitchen has a large pantry, crock pot, Keurig, (or regular coffee maker,) and every pot/pan/utensil to make cooking there easy.

The king bed has a 3 foam topper for a great nights sleep. Two queen beds in 2nd BR. Each BR has their own tub, toilet and shower. Decks off both BRs. offer beach views. Beach front heated pool in shoulder season. Indoor heated pool & work out facilities.

BOTH BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS HAVE A SHOWER.

Walk to the General store for groceries and hot breakfast or lunch. Tennis and pickle ball just 3 min walk outside of building grounds. Best location on the island. Your beachfront condo is just a few paces to the beach or pool and overlooks both.

As much as we LOVE pets, unfortunately guests are not allowed to bring them. There is a $500/week fine so please leave pets home.
