Seasons and Pricing:

1) Base Price = average price per night or price outside of seasons/Calendar Pricing

2) Seasons pricing: overwrites base price (VRBO/Flipkey system)

3) Calendar pricing: overwrites 1 & 2 (Airbnb system) - here still a few minor fixes, but system works.
