For the comfort and safety of ALL our guests and staff we operate a TOTAL NON SMOKING AND VAPING POLICY in all parts of the building. Our smoke detectors in the bedrooms and communal areas are set to detect the minimum amount of smoke and will sound if smoking is detected – We would ask all guests to respect one of the few house rules. We will without hesitation charge a £75.00 cleaning charge and a £50.00 smoke detector reset charge to guests that smoke. You are welcome to smoke in the garden or in the open part of the outside corridor.
