This is a 1960s ranch built by my parents.....the house I was raised in. Fully furnished with mostly all new furniture & bedding .

6 people are allowed at our standard rate. For each person over the 6 an additional $20 per day will be added to your rate when you book.

House Rules

Well behaved dogs are welcome. Must be crated if left alone. There is a $75 per stay pet fee. (fee may be refunded after cleaning) If guests fail to report a pet is coming when booking, your host may add the fee after arrival. No cats allowed to respect future guests with allergies. WE LOVE DOGS! I HAVE A DOG. The only damage I have had from guests is from dogs. Of course YOUR dog doesn't shed, but we have in some situations spent hours removing dog hair/cleaning furniture. We want our future guests to notice no signs a dog has been in the house. Please know your dog is very welcome, just indicate when booking & pay the booking fee.No smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Payment Policy

You will receive an invoice via Quickbooks where you may pay online via electronic check or credit card. 10% payment required at booking. Balance due a minimum of 14 days prior to stay. Refer to cancelation policy for refund information.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A security deposit may be required. Deposit can be made by placing a temporary hold of $500 on your credit card.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel up to 14 days prior to reservation and receive a 90% refund. after 14 days no refunds will be allowed.

Notes

The house is set up with 3 bedrooms for 6 guests. Daily pricing is for up to 6 guests. If you would like to bring 2 additional guests (8 total) there is an air mattress & bedding available. There is an additional daily charge for more than 6 guests. There is a $75 per stay pet fee that may or may not be refundable depending on extra required cleaning.
