Getting around

Hot Springs Village is not serviced by any bus or mass transit facility as we are considered rural burbia..... We have biking trails, golf cart trails, 172 holes of Championship golf, 11 lakes and nine golf courses, 24 tennis courts, pickleball and 36 miles of hiking trails... If you do not wish to bring your car we do offer Uber service in this area but it can't be guaranteed.

House Rules

Our TV information system is a cable cutter system using the Roku devices... We have DirecTV, which is our "cable tv", ESPN, local channels, etc. Pandora, Amazon Video and Netflix and many more. They generally are easy to use but just contact us if you have any questions. Children under 12 are not allowed in the hot tub alone. We insist that guest who use the hot tub NOT use oils, lotions and enter the hot tub clean. We have found out the hard way that this hot tub clogs easily the filters hold the oils or lotions and the pump overheats... At that point the tub begins to cool quickly and, while it may become uncomfortable during your stay, the hot tub can only Heat the water about 2 degrees per hour... Translation you may have a chilly hot tub but the guest behind you may not be able to use it at all. Please strip the sheets off of the bed and towels and place in the laundry room. Just the sheets, towels, NOT the comforters. Place dishes in the dishwasher and start. Carry trash out to "corral" where all the trash cans are kept, 3 doors away from the lake. Please be considerate of these issues, they will afford you a much better stay.No smokingCheck-in is 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM (next day)

Hot Springs Village is located 11 miles outside of Hot Springs proper... In a very private gated community with an exceptionally low crime rate... Most of our guests find that it's a wonderful getaway from the bigger city to a very quiet Lake setting whether they are going to Oaklawn for the horse races, gaming, the Hot Springs National Park for sightseeing... Lake Ouachita State Park, or the Ouachita National Forest for hiking through 1.7 million Acres which is just 6 miles from our townhouse. In addition within our gates, Hot Springs Village offers 9 golf courses, 11 Lakes, Numerous Restaurants/Clubhouses on the golf courses, Concert Venues, and 36 miles of hiking trails.
