☆ House Rules ☆ ☆ Guests making a reservation must be at least 25 years or older. ☆ Max 4 guests at the property at any time unless prior approval from the host. ☆ Pet Rules: If we have approved your pet, please note the following: (1) We charge a non refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, (2) Please do NOT allow them to be on the furniture or beds (we can tell when they have been!), (3) Please be very conscious of their barking outside, since noise travels and complaints have been made! (4) Please only let them do their business out in nature and pick up ALL poop, an additional fee will be charged for any poop left, (5) Never leave them unattended inside or outside, and always keep them on a leash when outside. We don't like fining guests...but we also don't like rule breakers ;) ☆ Parties or events are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate cancellation of the guests reservation and removal from the property without a refund. Authorities will be notified. NO EXCEPTIONS. ☆ Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. We want you to have fun and enjoy your time at our property, but ask that you respect the quiet hours. Excessive noise will result in a $100 fine.
