Enjoy outstanding ocean views from the deck of the beautifully maintained beach condo. Ocean Dunes is close enough to Coligny Circle to enjoy all the action, shops, and restaurants this area is known for without getting in a car, yet far enough away to enjoy a the quite sounds of the ocean. Forest Beach is a very bike friendly community. Rent a bike and travel all over the island or up and down the beach. The resort has an outdoor ocean front pool, laundry room on each floor and an elevator. The rental comes with use privileges to the Spinnaker Resort Fitness center, which has a full array of exercise equipment and an indoor pool. The unit has a full kitchen and adjoining Living/Dining area, two full baths and a balcony and comes with two bicycles. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Fully furnished, air conditioned and heated with telephone, free WiFi Internet and flat screen TVs with Cable service. Enjoy food and drinks at Zimmies poolside ocean front bar and grill located at the Hilton Ocean Oaks directly adjoining our resort and just a few steps from out unit.

My wife and I frequently visited Hilton Head throughout the years and always had a special fondness for this area. So we were thrilled to be able to start this venture in 2015. An endeavor where we are able to share a dream beach condo with our guests. We have always loved travel and have stayed at so many fine places over the years. But we have also had the misfortune of staying at some that were very disappointing at best. Getting around

There is no public transportation services available, but the beach is right in front of you along with an adjoining pool bar and grill at the Hilton. Many more restaurants and shops are located within walking distance at Coligney Square about 1/2 mile away. This is a Bike Friendly community and bike usage is very convenient. Two complimentary bikes are provided for guest usage.

Check in services are provided by Vacation Times of Hilton Head with a check in desk at their office across the street. The office closes at 5:30. Late check in service must be arranged in advance and your keys will be left in a lockbox at that office.

House Rules

Quite Hours are 10pm till 8 am. Please respect neighbors. Please do not relocate any furniture or fixtures nor take any condo items out of the unit except for beach toys and beach chairs. Please be sure to clean all sand from your feet, clothing and any towels or beach items before returning to the condo. There are foot showers at both boardwalk entrances from the beach. Please do not run the air conditioner with open windows or doors. Electricity can be quite expensive. All unit furnishings must remain in the unit. Please do not take dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils or other

Payment Policy

We accept personal checks, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal. To pay with a credit card, the PayPal option must be used. When using PayPal or Venmo a 3% transaction fee must be added, when using the Goods and Service option. Payments should be made to the account "rmatarrese@comcast.net" for all three electronic payment methods.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A complete refund of the damage deposit will be sent by mail shortly after check out.

Cancellation Policy

HK and Admin Fees and Taxes are always refundable, but the base lodging rates are not. We will not refund any portion of lodging payments made for cancellations closer than to 60 days from check in, for any reasons and only 50% of those fees if the reservation is cancelled at least 60 days from check in. We recommend trip insurance to cover any unforeseen emergencies. As a convenience to guests that do need to cancel, we will be happy to remove the reservation from the calendar in order to make those days available to rent again, as a way for any guest to recoup funds of a cancelled rental. If the unit is successfully rented to someone else for part or all of the dates cancelled, a prorated refund of the lodging cost will be provided to the original guest for any time the unit is successfully re-rented, along with all HK and Admin fees and taxes. If none of the days are re-rented, the guest will only receive a refund of all fees and taxes.
