72 hours prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a unique access code for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience with smart locks. You’ll enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, ensuring a private and comfortable stay, including access to the outdoor spaces--hot tub, fire pit, and both the front and back yard.

We are offsite but are very responsive to guests questions and requests for help. Our local manager and staff living down the road may also assist with any emergencies. Contactless self check-in via a digital lock.

Bethel is a New England village tucked away in one of the most beautiful areas in Maine. Situated on a side street off Hwy ME-26 S, this chalet offers a peaceful retreat while remaining conveniently connected to outdoor adventures and attractions, about 5 mins from the village of Bethel with restaurants, shops and other attractions.

While downtown is walkable and easy to navigate on foot, we recommend getting around by car during your visit here (especially if you plan on doing more of the outdoor activities like skiing or hiking.) However, during the warmer months, explore by bike on the scenic trails.

~Vacationing with Pets~
* We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs of non-aggressive breeds, ages 2 or older. (Sorry, no cats or any other animals!) Proofs of recent rabies shot and vet-grade flea/tick medications, as well as agreeing to Pet Rules required.
* Contact us for pet approval before submitting the booking request.
* Be sure to add the number of pets in your booking request (Under Guests>Scroll down to Pets) so the Pet Fee for up to 2 dogs for the entire stay is properly included in your booking amount.
* We provide a 24”x36” kennel, dog sheets/towels and dog bowls.

~Refunds~
We want your stay to be perfect, but please understand that we cannot issue refunds for factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance. Additionally, violations of our house rules may lead to guests having to leave prematurely without a refund. For property protection and insurance purposes, there is a security camera covering the front entrance and it must remain active at all times.
