Waste Disposal: All trash should be sealed in bags and placed in the bins located in the front garden area. Please separate recyclables in the appropriate bins.
Furniture: Please do not move furniture around the property. If moved, ensure it is returned to its original place before checking out.
Water and Energy Conservation: Please help conserve water and energy by turning off lights, heating, and appliances when not in use.
Decorations and Fixtures: Do not make any changes or attach decorations to the walls or fixtures.
Emergency Exits: Familiarise yourself with the nearest exits and safety features of the property in case of emergencies.

A refundable security deposit of £250 is required and will be collected 2 days before check-in. The deposit will be refunded within 2 days after checkout, provided no damages or rule violations occur.
