Ty Menyn is a traditional three-bedroom Welsh cottage in the heart of Mathry, with beautiful character features and scenic rural countryside.
The village itself is a quiet place with small streets that spread across the whole of the hilltop and in many spots showcasing fine views of the St David Peninsula. The village has both a tearoom, located in the small antiques shop and a village pub, The Farmers Arms, serving meals at lunch and evening time.
The cottage has slate and hardwood flooring throughout, along with character beams and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. With a ceramic hob, range cooker, fridge/freezer, integrated microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The dining area is located next to the kitchen and then has stepped access to the lower living room area. This split level open plan ground floor living space boasts a cosy log burner, complete with a welcome pack of logs to get you started. In the small utility area located off the living space you also find a downstairs WC - cloak room and washing machine and tumble dryer.
Moving upstairs all three bedrooms are located on the first floor, with an ensuite to the Master King size bedroom and door leading to the street below via stone steps. Two further bedrooms, one with twin beds and a further single are beautifully and traditional presented across this floor along with the main bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower.
Please note this property has steps throughout as well as hard floors, with an open oak staircase and as such we unfortunately recommend that it wouldnt not be suitable for toddlers and small children under 6years.
