Thank you for booking our cabin, Cabin Fever! I hope that you are excited about your trip to Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains! The cabin is located at 1136 E Foothills Dr, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. Here are a couple of notes in regards to your reservation: Check-in is at 4:00 pm or later and check out is at 10:00 am on the date of your departure. The door has an automatic lock and the door code is 2771. You can lock it whenever you leave by pressing the lock icon to lock it. Let us know if you need anything and have a wonderful stay! ** Due to a government issued fire ban, the fire pit cannot be used at this time. The ban is set in place due to not having any rainfall in the area and any violators are subject to being issued a citation from the Gatlinburg Police Department. Thank you for your cooperation as this is an order from the government, not from us. ***Did you forget your toiletries or paper products?? We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them. *** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up. If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to email Diana, through your booking site or text/call Misty or Alyssa at (865) 279-5295 between the hours of 8am-9pm. All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day. For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.
