House Rules
1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is anytime after 4 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be accommodated with prior arrangement.
2. No Parties or Events:
Parties and events are not allowed. Please be mindful of the residential nature of the neighborhood and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.
3. Occupancy Limit:
The maximum number of guests is 7. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have additional visitors during your stay. We request a copy of your Drivers License or Passport to verify you are the person booking. This must match the name of the person booking and who signs the rental agreement.
4. Smoking Policy:
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you smoke outdoors, please use designated smoking areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
5. Respect for Property:
Treat the property and its contents with care. Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately. Guests will be responsible for any repairs or replacements needed due to negligence.
6. Security:
Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals.
7. Housekeeping:
Guests are expected to keep the property reasonably clean during their stay. Please help us conserve resources by turning off lights and appliances when not in use. Additional housekeeping is available for an extra charge.
8. Amenities:
Please use amenities and appliances provided responsibly. If you have any questions about their operation, please contact us.
9. Air Conditioning:
Please close all the doors and windows when AC is turned ON. Smart sensors will automatically turn off the HVAC system if doors/windows are left open for more than 5 minutes.
10. Trash:
Before checking out, please dispose of all trash (including recyclable items - blue bin) in the designated green bin located outside the garage. Excessive cleaning may result in additional fees.

Damage Deposit Policy
As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance:
It is highly recommended guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of family emergencies, funerals, bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, early departures, etc. If you live in an area prone to hurricanes, forest fires, etc. and cannot make your trip, please seek reimbursement through your travel insurance.
