In the district of Niederhelden 9.6 km from the centre of Attendorn, in a quiet position on a slope, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 10 km from the lake, 50 m from the stream, on the golf course. Private: well-kept garden 40 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: central heating system. Breakfast and half board possible on request (extra). Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house, single garage (extra) at the house. Shop 800 m, grocery, supermarket 6 km, shopping centre 6 km, restaurant 100 m, bakery 800 m, café, bus stop 200 m, railway station Finnentrop 9 km, indoor swimming pool, bathing lake Biggesee 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 100 m, tennis 1 km, riding stable 50 m, walking paths from the house 100 m. Nearby attractions: Attahöhle 8 km, Karl-May-Festspiele 10 km, Sankt-Sebastianus-Kapelle. Please note: car recommended. Riding lessons (school horses / ponies) and / or guest boxes can be reserved for your own horses (extra) in a 50m far riding stable. The use of the indoor pool and wellness area as well as breakfast and half board are in the «Romantikhotel Platte» 100m away possible for a fee. Very close to the house, the 18-hole course at the Repetal golf club (extra) with 95 ha makes a challenge for all HCP classes.

A down payment of 20% of the total rental cost of the reserved rental property is payable within 5 days of the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.
