Our 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home has been thru strict COVID-19 cleaning procedures that include, disinfecting all surfaces including doorknobs, keypads, and all dish-ware. This perfect 2,411 sq ft. 2-story is conveniently located in the heart of Atlanta. Minutes from Atlanta-Hartsfield Airport, 285 Expressway, 20 minutes from Midtown, just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.2 story, Main Level: Family, Dining and Living room, office with Futon & half bathroom. Second Level: Four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and Laundry Room. House sleeps 10 people comfortably.

Indoor Living: Open-concept space, contemporary art pieces, plenty of windows, contemporary/eclectic decor, modern furnishings, dining table, ample seating, 5 flat-screen TVs w/cable on TV in family room, the other TVs have firesticks.

* By booking in this home you agree to all house rules , policies and any charges for damages or violation of house guideline/rules.
* You must be 30 years of age to book.( If the person booking is not 30 you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund).
* No parties are allowed.( If there is suspicion or report of a party you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund and forfeit of deposit as well).
* No smoking in the home of any kind. (you will be charged $500 for ozone cleaning service and forfeit of your deposit $500 for violating/breaking the house rules.)
* If grill is left dirty after use you will be charged an additional $75 cleaning fee.
* If any sheets or towels are missing or damaged, booking guest will be charged a fee of $50 per sheet set.
