Our condo features a heavenly pillowtop mattress in the master bedroom, private ocean view balcony and fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. The condo is perfectly located within the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort, the islands largest ocean front pool, tennis courts, Pool Bar & Grill.

We have been coming to Hilton Head for several years and fell in love with it. Finally, last year, we purchased a condo on the island so we can come and visit at any time. We live in Charlotte, NC the time we are not on the island, we chose to rent out our lovely retreat.

Getting around

You will get a parking pass for one vehicle to park in the resort for the duration of the stay. There are bicycle rentals available on the premises, and easy access to all activities on the island. Most activities are within a bike distance away. The Breeze Trolly is available from April to September.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

As you enter the premises of Hilton Head Beach and Tennis resort you will have to stop by the office located on the left as you come in to receive a parking pass. Then you will proceed through the security guard and turn left, then an immediate right. The day of your arrival, we will provide you with the keypad access code to the villa for easy self-check-in.

Check Out: 10AM

No pets

No pets are allowed due to resort policy. A $500 fine will be issued if pets are in the unit.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Maximum occupancy: 4

Maximizing occupancy is 4 people and persons over 25 must be present on the property for the duration of the stay.

Payment Policy

Must pay in full at time of reservation.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Deposit will be refunded 2 days after the check out if no damage is determined by the cleaning crew.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
