Bay Lilly Family Villa is located just off US192. They are less than 10 miles to the Disney Parks and there is a Target, Walmart and Publix grocery within minutes in case you need anything. Lots of food options nearby.

Believe it or not, we are a family of five with three young kids and wanted a cozy place to call home when away from our full time busy lives in South Florida. We grew up vacationing here in Orlando/Kissimmee area. We have two properties in Kissimmee so feel free to check them both out.

Located just off US 192 this villa is located near everything less than 10 miles to Disney Parks. There is a Target ,Walmart and Publix all within minutes. There are two community pools and hot tubs, a playground and Gym.

Smart lock is on the property and guest will get access code and check in instructions 48 hrs prior to check in . All Guests names must be provided 48 hrs before check in to be added to community security access logs.

No pets

Unfortunately we do not accept pets. Please disclose service animals prior to stay as we have several cleaners who have allergies. All service animals must not be left in the villa and must accompany the person they provide a service for at all times.
