This large, modern-style one-bedroom apartment features over 700 sq. feet of interior space, and a nearly 200 sq. ft balcony, providing sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez and miles of undisturbed sandy beach. The apartment is located on the 11th floor of the Viento tower, which should be more properly called The Sunset Tower – because the tower faces the west, it offers unparalleled views of beautiful sunsets. Two large flat-screen TVs, with thousands of channels of digital entertainment.
