Wonderful Pet-friendly Mountain Home! This home is perfect for large family and/or friend get-together. Situated in a beautiful mountain setting less than one mile to Keystone Lifts. Walk the bike and hiking paths along the river (seasonal) to the Keystone Stables, Lakeside Village and River Run Villages. Or access the free resort shuttle just blocks from the front door.
With plenty of space for everyone to be together or have their own personal space, this home is the perfect destination!

Getting around
There are several paths, both dirt and paved to walk or bike to the Village areas. You can also access the free resort shuttle only a couple of blocks from the house. The free Summit Stage is available to take you to other surrounding mountain resort communities, if you prefer not to drive.

Check-in instructions will be emailed to you 24 hours prior to arrival. Entry is by door code.

Guest Agreement Guidelines:
This is a NON smoking home. Smoking is not allowed in or outside the property.
Daily Housekeeping services are not included with your stay. If you require housekeeping during your stay, there will be an additional fee. Please call Stephanie to arrange for additional housekeeping. The home is equipped with an initial supply of dishwashing and laundry detergents as well as shampoo and conditioners. All linens and towels are provided.
Trash
- Trash day is Friday. The trash cans are located in the garage. The trash removal company will enter the garage unannounced to remove the trash. All trash must be bagged.
Pets
- Up to two Pets are permitted in the home only with prior approval. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any and all times. All pets are to be treated with Advantage or any similar tropical flea and tick repellant at least three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are present in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. The home owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises.
DAMAGES:
Guest is liable for any and all damages done to the property and any loss will be at their expense. No fees will be accrued and your deposit will be returned upon checkout as long as the following is met:
No damage is done to the home/property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay
All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash cans. Dishes placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
All keys are put back and unit is left locked (further instructions will be given to the tenant individually)
All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure
No linens or towels are lost or damaged
CHECKOUT:
Upon checkout, we ask that you please make sure of the following:
- Please strip your used bedding and place it and all dirty towels in the in the hall outside the room.
- Make sure all trash is bagged and put in the bin in the garage.
- Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it.
- Lock all doors and windows.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY AND USE:
The premises are to be used only as a private residence for a vacation rental by the guest. The maximum occupancy is 12 persons, including children. The premises shall not be used for any purpose other than a private residence without the prior written consent of the owner. Guests shall observe faithfully and strictly comply with the agreements outlined in this document.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS:
Any reservations obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment. Deposit and or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check in.
The home is privately owned: the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By making this reservation it is agreed that all the guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
