- Pricing/ reservation accepted based on group size provided at time of booking. Additional guests/visitors added cost and must be pre-approved prior to arrival by owner. Having any additional or unauthorized guests is cause to have your reservation cancelled immediately and without refund.
- The rentee/ profile used must be part of the rental party and present at the property.
-This property is not rented as a venue of any kind. No events or parties.
- No Smoking of any kind is permitted in or on the property. Vaping, Juuling and e-cigarettes are prohibited. Damage deposit will be kept. -
- Dogs considered. Prefer to be crate trained. Dogs must be pre-approved and $250 pet fee paid (not a deposit) in full per dog paid, handled through the resolution center once reservation is made. 2 dogs max. Dogs must be cleaned up after in the yard. No cats due to severe allergies and due to zoning we cannot accept any other animals.
-AC is included in Memorial Day to Labor Day Pricing. Contact Colleen for availability/ pricing outside of this time-frame.
- Signed/Confirmed agreement with rental agreement terms required along with color copy of your driver’s license/passport.
-Our home can accommodate a max of 2 Infants per stay.
-Our home can accommodate a max of 4 cars parked in the driveway. No on street or green space parking. No leaking vehicles are permitted as we have a cement driveway which will cause significant damage. No boats, rv/motor homes or unregistered vehicles are permitted on the property or damages suffered. No camping or out building on premises.
-Exterior security camera on property for check-in and group verifications in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws and required by insurance.
- Recommend travelers insurance due to our cancellation policy.
-Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
