The beautifully renovated flat has two bedrooms with double beds and an open living/dining area with integrated kitchen. The flat has plenty of space for the children to play.
Ground floor / no lift / Wifi yes / 2 bedrooms with double beds / 1 bathroom with toilet and shower. The flat is located in the village centre near the church. Also, a good starting point for hikes or bike tours and in winter for the skiing area of Lenzerheide. (The Bellavista 6 holiday flat is in the same house).

This must be reasonable for the landlord and solvent. The substitute tenant enters into the contract under the existing conditions. Tenant and substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. Decisive for the entitlement of the cancellation fee is the arrival of the notification at the landlord or at the booking office (for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, the next working day applies). In the event of premature cancellation of the rental, the entire rental fee remains owed.

Payment Policy
There are two ways to pay for your booking:

1. Credit card (VISA or Mastercard)
2. Invoice

For bookings within 14 days prior to arrival only credit cards are accepted.

A down payment of 20% of the total rental cost of the reserved rental property is payable within 5 days of the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.

The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.

What happens to my breakage deposit?

The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking by phone, post or eMail. Your cancellation comes into effect on the date of receipt of your notification.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will invoice you the following cancellation charges:

A) up to 43 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental
B) 42 to 29 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental
C) 28 to 2 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental
D) 1 day before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
