A quiet tropical secure gated hidden gem community on Boca Ciega Bay with a private bay beach. Close to Gulf of Mexicos finest beaches. Close to stores, dining, bus line, etc.

2 Heated pools, hot tub, racquetball/lighted tennis courts, putting green, playground, shuffle board, clubhouse.

Great for someone on a long holiday vacation, relocating, moving, military, close to hospitals for family, traveling nurses, etc. Please read all the way through.

Immaculate, spacious furnished Ground level (no stairs!), quiet condo w/ 2 BR with new carpet(queen size bed in one, 2 twin beds in the other, new carpets, bedroom furniture, bedding. 2 full baths. Living/dining area, full kitchen w dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, washer/dryer in unit. Linens and dishes provided. Ceiling fans, heat, A/C, free unlimited long distance in USA or Canada, 3 TVs (2 on Digital Cable), high speed WiFi Internet. Patio with table/chairs and BBQ. Another BBQ at the beach front. There are plenty of tables and chairs in that area too.

Almost at your front door, literally just 20 steps or so is Clam Bayou Nature Reserve Park. Enjoy long walks, paved in a Nature Reserve! Waterways with manatees (in photo), dolphins, birds, fish, and other wildlife. Very scenic. Also Gulfport for more manatees and dolphins.

Bermuda Bay Almost Summer is located in a central area with so much to do! Swimming, tanning, shelling, volleyball, fishing, tennis / pickleball courts, racquet ball court, playground, picnic areas, shuffle board, putting green, walking, jogging, sunset watching, dolphin watching, bird watching, boating, snorkeling, fishing, water skiing, jet skiing, club house. Nearby golf, beaches, biking, parasailing sailing, shopping, sightseeing, food, fast food, church, entertainment, arts.

Check out Fort DeSoto State Park and Beach. One of the 10 ten beaches in America! And of course Disney World Epcot Center, Universal, MGM, and Sea World -90 minutes, Busch Gardens Lowry Park Zoo Shopping Outlet Stores - 20 minutes. Spectator sports are abundant, Dog Races Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Tampa bay Devil Rays are also just minutes away. Nearby Pinellas Trail, hosts 47 miles of pavement to walk, run, bike, jog, or roller blade. Golfing minutes away along with concerts, plays, museums. The list can go on and on. Close to everything. St. Petersburg is the hub! You name it! You may even find some time to relax.

2 pools, 1 hottub, 2 tennis courts, 1 racquet ball court, 1 small putting green. 1 private bay beach with great fishing, shuffle board, playground area, 2 laundry rooms but we do have a small washer/dryer in the unit. Clam Bayou Nature reserve is next door with great paths.

Keyless! You will receive a door code to enter condo. It is self check in, so anytime after 3 pm will be fine.

Payment Policy

I prefer Zelle payments. If you use a card to pay or pay thru paypal or venmo I charge a 4% processing fee as they charge me that to get the money. For cards I use Square. Otherwise, I will accept Cashier's Checks in the amount owned only that you can mail to me. Or you can do a walk in and deposit the Cashier's Check at one of my bank. Please inquire. Let's talk!

Refundable Damage Deposit

$150 cleaning. 13% tax. $500 Refundable Security Damage Reservation Fee.
50% plus security damage fee due when making reservation. The other 50% is due 10 weeks before check in.
Rates are dependent on seasons. Check out our special rates!

Low Season is May 1 - Dec 31 $1800/month.
Discounted from $2000/month due to construction in complex while they are putting in new rear stairs on the buildings and have disabled use of our back patios until they are done.

High Season Jan 1-April 30. $3700/month.

Prices will be the same for every year unless noted here. No other discounts are available.

Cancellation Policy

I suggest travelers get travel insurance. No refunds on cancellations if you cancel for any reason unless I can re-rent the condo out for the same price and time period. Then I will refund all monies minus a $150 administration fee. You never know when an illness or weather or a huge problem can cause a problem with your vacation time.

Notes

I will send you a rental agreement letter with all the info you will need. Just ask. To confirm a rental the rental agreement will be required along with the forms the office requires and 50% of total with refundable reservation/security deposit fee.
