This bright, airy, family and pet friendly Queens Grant villa, is perfectly located towards the entrance of Hilton Head Islands Palmetto Dunes. Nested just off of one of 3 Hilton Heads world class golf courses Robert Trent golf course. Take a dip in one of 5 complexs pools only steps away from the large entertaining deck, equipped with a barbecue grill, loungers and plenty outdoor seating to just sit back and relax. Just a short walk to the resorts beautiful beaches!

1988 square feet of home away from home! The master bedroom on the first level has a king size bed with an on-suite master bathroom and sliding doors leading to a large entertainment deck, bedrooms 2 and 3 upstairs have two twin size beds in one and the other bedroom has one twin and one queen size bed with a Jack and Jill style bathroom. Also features a queen size sleeper sofa for two additional guests in the living room with sliding doors to access the deck and a convenient half bathroom.

Enjoy all that Hilton Head Island has to offer right around the corner from the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and convenient store. From golfing, zip lining, horseback riding, fishing and safe biking paths to kayaking/canoeing miles of the beautiful lagoon system. Visit Shelter Cove Marinas waterfront which hosts fine dining, shopping boutiques, outdoor adult and kid’s entertainment, water sports, seasonal fireworks, and great views.

The pool and dune buggy are seasonal and typically running April - September/October.

Scale the neighborhood and go for a nice walk or dune buggy shuttle ride to the beach.

Paid parking available right across from unit. We limit to 2 parking passes. You will pickup your parking passes on entry at the pass office for a fee of $20-50 per vehicle based on length of stay.
Palmetto Breeze is the local $1 dollar bus, Uber and Lyft are also available.

Getting around

It is a 10 minute walk to the beach, steps away from the pool and golf course. The community has a buggy that’s on demand and provides service throughout Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove from April through mid-September. You can always bring your car and parking available for a small fee.
