Our home is a beautiful 107-year-old California Craftsman Bungalow.
It has been tastefully remodeled throughout with preserving, yet enhancing all the original floor plan and elements, bridging past and present.
The design straddles the line between traditional and modern, yet is a tranquil sanctuary with a feeling of an urban oasis.
Imagine being lost in the greenery and the serenity of the palm trees, flowering bougainvillea, lemon trees and being surrounded by hummingbirds.
The house one of a kind Craftsman facades stands out on our tree-lined / park-like street.
It has a welcoming feel with all the natural materials used and clean design lines. The natural California Gold stone staircase leads you to a covered porch with reclaimed redwood pillars and railings, salvaged from the original house built in 1910. The siding is comprised of natural radiata pine and state-of-the-art German RESYSTA accent panels.
The tall Craftsman French wrought-iron gates are awaiting to welcome you in!
Inside, the entire main floor of the house is a spacious one bedroom Guest Suite with a formal dining room; bay window nook and a large remodeled bathroom with a shower over tub.
Separate, private entrance with a an outdoor seating area.
Brand new hardwood floors throughout with hydronic radiant heating; travertine-like ceramic tile throughout the kitchen and bathroom.
All walls are crafted with custom-made Venetian plaster, complementing the original wainscotting all throughout the dining room.
Elegant Swarovski crystal chandelier suspends from the high ceiling in the living room providing soft ambiance.
65 Samsung 3D Smart TV provides all that you might need in the Entertainment department - motion and voice-activated remote, wireless keyboard and Web browsing. Brand new reclining leather sofa across the room provides a comfortable seating - watching TV or simply relaxing in front of the large electric fireplace.
