You will absolutely love this historic carriage house. While the house was built in the early 1900s and used for the housing of carriages and horses, it is now a fully updated space brimming with charm and character. The house has a private entrance, a full kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a comfortable pullout queen-size bed, a full claw foot bathtub for bathing euro-style with a handheld wand, a living room, and a private porch.

Guests will have full access and use of the carriage house 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and theres an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!

Our family lives in the main house on the property and are happy to assist if anything is needed.

Our space is conveniently located close to many of the wonderful things that Denver has to offer. The surrounding area is an old and beautiful Denver urban neighborhood. There are several different eating/shopping districts within walking distance.

- Gaylord St & Bonnie Brae districts within walking distance.
- Washington Park within walking distance.
- Bus stop is directly across the street.
- Light rail station is 1 mile away.
- Uber & Lyft are always great options for around town travel.

*The bathtub, while it is beautiful and an old claw foot, is small and has a handheld sprayer and not a full traditional shower.
