The apartment offers a lovely lake-view balcony where you can enjoy an outdoor dining area in complete peace and privacy. The residence also has a communal garden to take a stroll in or just to laze around on pleasant summer evenings.

Internally, the modern apartment has air-conditioning as well as electric radiators and is well-equipped for comfy self-catering stays. There is a bright and large open-plan living room with a balcony overlooking the lake and an elegant seating area furnished with a two-seater sofa, ambient lighting, a books library and a brand-new Smart TV. Conveniently located within the town, an excellent local pizzeria and an Italian restaurant are just a 3-4 minute walk away, while a local bus stop and a well-stocked supermarket are a 4-minute walk away. The lively Peschiera del Garda offers a pleasant environment for tourists, with its famous tourist attractions (Porta Verona and Porta Brescia), lido beaches (Lido Pioppi), family theme parks as well as classic Lake Garda tourist attractions. Wildlife enthusiasts can also easily reach the Parco Natura Viva in 14 minutes by car.

For those with children, Peschiera is the perfect base to enjoy the famous waterparks, Gardaland and Canevaland, both of which are located at a convenient 5-minutes drive away. Meanwhile, for golfers, the nearest gold club is about the same distance. The lakeshore town of Sirmione, with its Grotte di Catullo and Castello Scaligero, is about a 15-minutes drive from the holiday apartment.

For those who want to enjoy the party scene on Lake Garda, then Desenzano del Garda’s ( 20-minutes drive) nightlife and its several bars, pubs and clubs won’t disappoint you! From Desenzano’s main harbour, you can also effortlessly ferry yourself to all the other touristy towns of Lake Garda. The nearest airports to this vacation rental in Peschiera del Garda are Verona Villafranca (21 minutes by car) and Milan Bergamo (62 minutes).
