Spacious primary bedroom has a king size bed with pressure relieving, memory foam mattress. En-suite bathroom has tub and shower. Double vanity with plenty of room for storage. Large 5-drawer dresser and walk-in closet provides tons of storage for your belongings. There's also a private balcony off this bedroom to enjoy the sunrise while sipping your morning coffee or take private calls.

Spacious king size bed with a view! Enjoy sunsets from the big window overlooking the arroyo seca. Watch carefully and you might enjoy seeing some wildlife. En-suite bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower. There is a three-drawer dresser and walk-in closet for your belongings. For those working from "home", there is a large desk in this room. You'll have privacy to continue working and to take calls in peace and quiet.

Absolutely no cigarette smoking is allowed inside or outside our home. Please respect this rule, if it's violated we will charge for smoke remediation at your expense.

Parking Included

We have designated parking for two cars directly in front of the house. It is not covered. Del Norte Lane is a short gravel road from Rosario Blvd to our home. It's navigable by car and foot. The parking space are spacious and gravel lined. Please do not park any RVs or travel trailers in the parking area - it's not allowed by the City of Santa Fe.

Casita Del Norte is just a 10 minute walk from the historic Santa Fe Plaza in the Rosario Hill Neighborhood. The historic plaza has award winning restaurants, museums and shopping for every budget and range of tastes. If you would rather hop in the car, there are endless opportunities for outdoor fun; hiking, skiing and cycling are just minutes away from the front door. Head out the door to explore the neighborhood by foot. The Rosario Hill neighborhood is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Santa Fe. Many Spanish families owned large parcels here through grants by the Spanish King. A diverse residential area, the neighborhood incorporates much older family homes next to newer residences such as Casita Del Norte. Running parallel with Rosario Boulevard, the Arroyo Mascras, evokes the feeling of living right by a river with tall and gorgeous elm and queen of paradise trees inhabiting the arroyo.

We ask that you respect our home the way you respect your own. Casita Del Norte is in a small residential neighborhood. Out of respect for our neighbors, we do not allow parties or events. Please observe quiet time after 9pm.

Payment Policy

50% at the time the reservation is made and remaining 50% paid 14 days before arrival

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Easy cancellation up to 14 days prior to reservation start date.
Reservations cancelled 13 days or less prior to arrival date will not be refunded.

Notes

Guests must be 25 years old to book a reservation. A picture of your ID will be requested after making your reservation.
The property has two exterior cameras to monitor the front and rear patio for your protection. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner’s discretion, result in being evicted without refund for the remainder of the reservation.
