Georgie’s Place House Rules:

*NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY. THIS INCLUDES PETS, ESA, AND SERVICE ANIMALS. As we live on premises above Georgie's Place with a hypo-allergenic dog and share vents, we pride ourselves in maintaining an allergy free home, thus not allowing any animals onsite under any circumstances.

*A signed rental agreement is required at time of booking.

*All communication between Host and Guest will be done via the Airbnb app, so please be sure notifications turned on, as this will be the only means of communication before, during, and after stay is complete.

*Obtaining travel insurance is highly recommended in case the need arises to cancel a reservation after the cancellation window has closed. Guests are bound to Georgie’s Place cancellation policy, regardless of circumstances.

*2 person maximum reserved Guest count. No visitors allowed at any time.

*Please note that a reasonable amount of consumables are provided for each stay, ie. toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Anything above and beyond what's provided will need to be purchased by guest.

*Only food deliveries accepted. No mail or packages of any kind will be accepted.

*Please remove shoes upon entry to help keep Georgie's Place fresh and clean.

*King Size bed can be converted to 2 XL Twin Size Beds for $15 fee.

*Please use black washcloths to remove makeup.

*A $50 charge per hour fee will be assessed if Guest stays after check-out at 12:00pm ET.

*(2) motion-activated outdoor cameras are mounted by the main door of the property and next to Georgie's Place entrance door for safety.

*No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property.

*An inventory of all items located on the property is confirmed before and after each reservation. Any replacement costs due to the removal or damage of any items will be debited from the security deposit.

*Please make sure any trash is placed in provided trash cans.

*Please leave bed/beds unmade and unstripped upon your departure.

*The use of glitter, hair dye, or self tanner is prohibited.

*Only food scraps allowed in the garbage disposal.

*Please contact us with any and all concerns you may have during your stay at Georgie's Place, and we will do our best to address them. Please don’t wait to tell us in your review :) Constructive criticism is welcomed!

*Are you a school teacher, law enforcement officer, fireman, nurse, or military veteran? If so, please let us know by providing your credentials along with your ID at time of booking for a 5% discount refunded once your stay is complete and House Rules have been followed. Please note...
No smoking.
No pets, including service or emotional support animals. The unit has shared vents with my primary residence, thus no animals are allowed, due to allergies of homeowners.
No parties or events.
Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM and check out is anytime up until noon the day of check out.
