Spacious family-friendly home with two comfortable living rooms, each with a fireplace for those cozy nights. This home has central air for warm summer days. Modern amenities, like three Smart TVs and free WiFi, are included. A fully equipped kitchen for those who like to eat in and a barbecue on one of the two decks for outdoor dining. Relax on the lower deck in your private hot tub. The backyard is fully fenced and beautifully landscaped. This home can be your home away from home. We have taken over hosting our home personally. It has been on the market since 2020. Kathleen gave us a five-star review, saying, The best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Absolutely perfect for our family reunion of eight. The house was sparkly clean and super well stocked. Everything worked, and it was very homey. It was even decorated for fall. Completely suited our needs.

My husband Norm and I love Leavenworth. It is one of our favorite places to visit. We purchased this condo in July 2021. We feel so blessed to have purchased such a wonderful condo in a beautiful setting. We have three grown children and have added a fantastic daughter and son-in-law to our family. Norm is retired, but I'm still working full-time as the Executive Director for the Big Bend Community College Foundation. Besides managing these two short-term rentals, we also manage some commercial real estate in Moses Lake.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and checkout time is 10:00 a.m. unless other arrangements have been made. The front door code is the last four of your phone number. You hit the Yale at the top of the lock and enter your code and the checkmark. When you leave our home, hit the Yale button to lock the door. Or the condo remains unlocked.

Payment Policy

50% down at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days in advance of your stay date.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they will not receive a refund.
