Charming Villa Irena Gem of Vipava Valley - Ajdovščina

Villa Irena is located in Vipavski Križ and it belongs to one of the most beautiful monuments in Slovenia. 500 years house is entirely renovated and designed for a relaxing get away. Speciality of the house is the terrace covered with vines. There you will find a table and chairs or a hammock which is perfect for hot summer evenings. The house has two floors. On the bottom floor there is a kitchen, dining area, bathroom and small fire place. Up the finnish stairs is the bedroom equipped with duble bed and a couch that turns in to bed.

Vipavski Križ is one of the most beautiful cultural monuments of Slovenia. The establishment of the village dates back to the 13th century, and the excursion to this village never disappoints, as the town is full of old stories, and there are many opportunities for walking, hiking, biking and culinary delights in the surrounding area. There are many options for extra activities in Vipava valley such as hiking, mountain biking, parachuting… Ajdovščina is only 4.2km away but you can also visit world known Postojna cave (37.8km) or beautiful lake Bled (133km).
