Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. if the septic clogs during your stay a fee might be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs No Smoking inside the house Not suitable for pets Check-in is anytime after 4pm Check out by 11am self check-in with lockbox **Important** Please make sure you read and comply with these rules: No smoking inside the house No pets of any kind No excessive guests We are NOT responsible for any packages mailing to the house No Partying.
