WHAT WE PROVIDE:
- Wi-Fi /Roku Television: Cabin is equipped with fast Wi-Fi and 4 Roku TVs, so byo passwords for Netflix, Amazon, etc. just like at home. **TVs will auto sign you out when you leave!!** We do not have cable.

- Coffee: We have regular drip style coffee AND K-cup brewing. We provide some coffee, filters, and k-cups to cover your 1st morning. You may need to bring creamer, sugar, syrup, and extra coffee for your trip.

- We provide hand soap, trash bags, and a start of toilet paper and paper towels. Also 1 of each travel size complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, which will be in each bathroom. You may need to bring extra for your trip.

- Other toiletries like dishwasher soap and laundry pods provided (starter set for most 2 day stays). You may need to bring extra for your trip.

LOCATION:
**This cabin is located on a mountain, near the top. The road and driveway are 100% paved. The roads in the mountains are somewhat narrow, so its important to drive slow, to stick to the speed limit and swing wide and you’ll have no issues! A full size truck, Toyota Prius, or even a minivan can make it up no problem! Not recommended for modified low-rider cars or novice motorcycle riders. 4 wheel drive recommended during winter months/snowfall.

- There are some other rental cabins on the road, but you will still have privacy and feel very secluded!

- TRAVEL INSURANCE: We Highly Recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected travel related issues as there will be NO REFUNDS for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control.

- HOT TUB:
Upon check in the hot tub may not be hot until later that evening since it gets drained, cleaned and refilled after every guest. However, it will be sparkling clean! Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK.

WILDLIFE:

-KEEP DOORS CLOSED TO HELP PREVENT UNWANTED VISITORS FROM ENTERING THE CABIN.

**BEARS: Keep in mind that there is a lot of bear activity in the area surrounding the cabin**
-DO NOT FEED BEARS!
-DO NOT PUT TRASH OUTSIDE UNLESS IN OUR BEAR PROOF CONTAINERS
-DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR DOORS UNLOCKED OR YOUR WINDOWS DOWN

- CRITTERS: You will likely see and hear critters. Remember, this is a cabin in the woods/forest. Please keep doors/windows closed as much as possible to keep them out.

- This cabin (built in 2003) has a metal roof with vaulted ceilings and no attic. You will hear peaceful rainfall on the roof during heavy rain. You will hear anything that walks on the roof.
