This updated home near the Yacht Club and beach is ready for your vacation for dolphin and manatee watching.

• Direct access; no locks or bridges to the Caloosahatchee River that flows into the Gulf of Mexico. Only a 5 minute boat ride. A boater’s dream location.

• Outdoor kitchen with brand new built-in custom marine grade stainless steel grill that has a fridge and outdoor hot/cold sink.

• The pool is extra deep with a newly resurfaced concrete surround. Pool toys are provided. Both electric and solar pool heater.

• Large Lanai area with outdoor TV, new pool cage screens, ceiling fans, furniture and kitchen.

• Extra fridge in garage.

• Completely fenced in backyard with new paver walkway down to the composite dock. The dock has water, electricity, a floating dock, and a fish cleaning station. Manatees, sharks and dolphins have all been in the canal behind Coral Palms and come right up to your dock. Swim ladder on dock.

• Professional landscaping and beautiful green lawn.

• Kayaks, fishing poles, bikes and beach items such as towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler and life jackets. Bring your own boat, or boat and jet ski rentals are available through local agencies.

• Public beach is 5 minutes from the house. The public beach offers a play area for children and adults.

• Children and adults may sign up at the Yacht club pool for swimming, water aerobics and Arthritis Fibromyalgia classes. The Yacht Club also has a club house, tennis courts, public boat ramp, a fuel dock, and a pier for fishing or watching fish and dolphins.

• 3 bedroom 2 bath house located in a quiet, upscale, friendly neighborhood. Pristine, clean & comfortably furnished interior that was newly decorated in 2020. New stainless steel kitchen with granite countertops, smart tv with streaming services & blue ray player in the living room, and high-end bedding.

• The Master bedroom has a king size bed with sliding glass doors leading directly to the pool and lanai. A master bath is attached to the bedroom with a tiled walk-in shower and his & her sinks.

• The first guest room has a queen size bed with a bathroom next door.

• The second guest room has two twin size beds and a sliding door to the pool & lanai.

• Sofa Sleeper is located in the living room with allows the property to sleep up to 8. It is a queen and has a memory foam mattress.

• Office work station with WI-FI.

• Fenced in back yard all the way to the water. Lanai has a pet door.

•Pet friendly as we have a kennel, full fenced in back yard, dog beds that are washed after each pet stay, leaches, bowls, doggie bags, lanai doggie door and a few other items.

•You will be given a security code to access the front door before check-in. •Check out time is deemed essential for our professional cleaning staff to access the property to ensure enough time for a deep cleaning. Late check-out can result in additional fees.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

If the primary renter is not 25 and found out to be false, you will be required to vacate the property at once and forfeit all your money

•DISCOUNTS FOR LONGER STAYS from May-Aug (excluding holidays) PLEASE ASK!
•Primary guest making the reservation must be 25.
•There are no extra fees for additional guests. Our price is the same for up to 8 guests, but ALL GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED.
•Not suitable for events.
•Non-smoking property.
•Security system, cameras and house monitoring systems are located on the property, unplugging them, tampering with, or destroying them will result in additional fees.
•A signed rental agreement through E-sign for all guests.

Payment Policy

3% added to all Credit card and PayPal transactions. Electronic forms of payment such as Zelle and Venmo accepted.

Refundable Damage Deposit

• Discounts for stays of 14 days or more Mid-May through August excluding holidays.
• No extra charge for additional guests up to 8, but ALL GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED.
• Signed contract required.

Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: 120 days prior to stay 95% refundable of total stay; less than 120 days is not refundable. Notifications of cancellations must be in the form of email or written notice only, and must have confirmation from owners within 1 business day. A phone call is not an acceptable notice of cancellation, but is also recommended for follow-up to the email/letter. Cancellations must be sent (email) or delivered (letter) by 11:59 pm in the property's time zone.

Notes

Please note: Prepaid electricity is a separate fee and is included in your total reservation cost. You will see this as a separate line item on your reservation detail cost. Gross overages beyond your prepaid $20 per day can be subject to additional utility fees to be charged to the guest and is charged at $.15KW/ for your stay. Overage can be charged above 100KW/day average use.
