Magnificent kelo log cabin in West-Ruka!
An atmospheric log cabin for 10 people near lake Kesäjärvi, built in 2013, offers a wonderful relaxing holiday. There is enough space even for a large group of guests, a suitable destination for both families and groups of friends.
On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, kitchen, living room, WC and sauna. The steams in the sauna cannot be overstated! Several people can dine at the kitchen table at once, and it is comfortable to sit on the sofa in the living room to enjoy the warmth of the fireplace. The upper floor loft has sleeping accommodations for four people.
The location of this cabin is ideal. The nearest grocery is within half kilometer and SkiBus operates right next to the cabin. Outdoor activities in both winter and summer are easily accessible and close by: ski trails and snowmobile trails start around the corner and to the lake Kesäjärvi only 60 meters.
Car shelter is shared with a neighbor, space for one car. You can also park in the courtyard. The cabin is equipped with: Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, childrens travel cot and high chair and 2 bicycles. In two bedrooms there are double beds (160x200 and 180x200), on the third bedroom there are 2 separate beds (80x200).
25 km to the north from Kuusamo, Ruka village (West-Ruka) 2,9 km, lake Kesäjärvi 60 m (no own beach and the lake is not visible from the window).

A down payment of 20% of the total rental cost of the reserved rental property is payable within 5 days of the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.
