2. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. It can take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed.
3. Please note guest is responsible to take the trash/ recycling bins to the curb for collection. Garbage/Recycling days are posted on the refrigerator
4.Although a starter pack of essentials is provided, this will be a self-catering house.
