3 BR, 3 1/2 Bath cabin with central access to so many local attractions! Great cabin experience but not too remote. Only 7.5 mi. from Exit 407 and Buc-ees on I-40. Next to Soaky Mountain Water Park & Sevierville Golf Club. It is 1 mile from the Sevierville Convention Ctr., and only 8 miles from Dollywood. Close to Shopping. Free Wi-Fi. HD TV with free channels (BRs also). The primary Renter must be age 25 or older. 6 Guests max incl. children. Infants in own crib OK. We have no couch beds, and do not permit sleeping on the couch. TVs in every Bedroom. 2 Story. Master BR on main level has Queen bed and full bath with walk-in shower. Covered front porch and large side deck with wooded view and griddle-type grill. The cabin is light and airy with beautiful woodwork, a full kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops. It has dishes, cookware, a large dining room table, breakfast counter, covered porch with patio furniture, an open deck, hot tub, game room, washer and dryer. A full size coffee maker is provided. You will need to bring basket type filters and bulk coffee.

Free parking. There is room for 1 mid to large vehicle or for 2 subcompact vehicles. There are 2 additional community parking spaces off to the side of the driveway about 30 ft. from the entry--first come first serve. Additional vehicles can park off to the side of the gravel entry road below.

Getting around

From Winfield Dunn Parkway coming from I-40, turn left into the Echota Resort, then go straight through the resort on N. Smoky Mountain Way. Merge onto Ravens Ford Way (right at the first fork, then left at the next fork), which briefly becomes a gravel road cul-de-sac. You should see the signs at the bottom of the concrete driveway to go up a bit of a hill to the cabin, which is at the crest of the hill on the right and is a chestnut brown color. Note that the driveway circles around so you can get back out onto the gravel road. Please park in the space provided, and do not block access to the driveway, as others must also use it. There is communal parking space, first-come-first-serve that is 25 ft. away from the entry door. Additional parking for very large or additional vehicles is available on the gravel road on Ravens Ford Way.

House Rules

A primary renter at least age 25 must book the cabin. We do not allow events like weddings, parties, graduations, etc. All renters must respect the ability of other nearby cabins to enjoy peace and quiet. Please do not block the access driveway, as others also have the right-of-way. Additional parking is available on the entry road below. Smoking of any kind is prohibited within 25 feet of the cabin or adjacent cabins. A $250 fee will be assessed if a smoke odor is present after Guests check out. No pets allowed. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM.
