All three bedrooms and living spaces also enjoy access to one of two balconies that stretch across the front of the property and there is a BBQ and dining area landscaped within the pretty garden.

Inside, the air-conditioned property guests will find a tastefully decorated, open-plan living area, furnished with a dining table for 6 people, a large comfortable sofa, soft seating, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. The new, fully fitted kitchen is equipped with; a dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge freezer.

Mirabello Bay is a secluded bay in the Northeast of Crete. It is the largest bay in the Greek islands and the fifth largest in the Mediterranean Sea. The magical beaches of Agios Panteleimon, Karavostasi and Voulisma are all less than 5 minutes away by car and the beautiful seaside town of Agios Nikolaos, is a 14-minute drive away. Surrounded by water on three sides, Agios Nikolaos combines the sleepy feel of a seaside resort with all the amenities of a cosmopolitan port.

For those who love exploration the gorge of Kritsa is a 22-minute drive away and both the traditional Village of Critsa and the archaeological site of Gournia are approximately a 25-minute away.

The nearest airport is Heraklion International Airport, approximately a 50-minute drive from the property. A damage deposit of 500EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
