Welcome to Dollys Escape, your home away from home in Music City! As part of ComeVisitNashvilles family of homes, were thrilled at the prospect of hosting you. Nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of East Nashville, Dollys Escape is more than just a place to stay; its an experience!

Imagine a three-story haven, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen/dining/living space designed for making memories. Weve crafted this posh townhome with your comfort in mind, ensuring you have everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

On the 3rd floor, discover the Primary Suite—a spacious retreat with a king bed and a bathroom boasting a massive walk-in shower. A second bedroom, also on the 3rd floor, offers two queen beds and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Meanwhile, the third bedroom provides a cozy haven with a queen bed, conveniently located on the first floor. Need more sleeping space? Our living room sofas transform into twin-size beds. Weve included white noise machines and blackout curtains for a peaceful nights sleep.

Unwind on the 2nd floor with the open-plan living/kitchen/dining space, accompanied by a half-bathroom. Relax in the living room with ample seating, a large TV, board games, and a collection of vinyl records for the perfect soundtrack to your Nashville adventure. Entertainment is at your fingertips with Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room, ready for your favorite streaming services. (Bring along your account logins.)

The kitchen is a chefs dream, fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and more. Enjoy meals together at the bar or dining table, creating memories that linger long after your stay.

For families with little ones, weve got you covered with a pack-n-play, high chair, baby bath, and childrens books.

Weve taken care of the essentials, providing towels, hair dryers, iron/ironing board, and even a washer & dryer for your convenience.

Parking is a breeze with a private garage offering space for 2 compact cars or 1 larger vehicle, featuring a built-in EV charger. (Parking is limited to the garage. No additional on-site parking.)

For our guests with pets, we welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs per stay for a fee of $25 per night per dog. Dogs must remain on-leash outside the rental (see House Rules for more details).

— HOUSE RULES —

Weve got a set of house rules to ensure everyone has a fantastic stay. Failure to follow these might lead to additional charges or, in the worst-case scenario, termination of the reservation without a refund.

📝 Booking Agreement: Please sign the digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or ASAP if you’re arriving in the next 5 days). Failure to do so may lead to cancellation based on the agreed-upon cancel policy. We want to make sure everything’s set for your stay!

🏡 Treat It Like Family: Be a thoughtful guest — imagine its your favorite aunt and uncles place. Clean up after yourself and leave things as you found them.

🚫 No Shenanigans: Keep it cool — no drugs, illegal activities, unaccounted-for guests, or parties. Breaking this rule could result in your reservation being terminated without a refund. Let’s not part ways on bad terms.

🚭 No Smoking: If you need to puff, do it outside. No smoking or vaping indoors or in the garage.

🏘️ Neighborly Vibes: Respect our neighborhood. Keep noise down after dark, and save the party vibes for Broadway. Nashvilles quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am.

🐾 Furry Friends Welcome: Bring up to 2 potty-trained, well-behaved dogs for $25 each per night. Let us know in advance; the fee will be added to your reservation. (On Airbnb it’s collected via their Resolution Center after booking.) Keep your pups leashed outside the home, walk them on the grass by the sidewalk for bathroom needs, and clean up after them. (There is no yard access at the property.) All furniture must remain pet-free unless you cover it with sheets you bring with you. Our space is for dogs and humans only — no other creatures allowed.

💁🏻‍♀️ Age and Guests: The primary guest (the one who books) must be 21+, stay the whole time, and be responsible for the group and the home. Our nightly rate covers 8 guests or less. Extra guests (up to our max) are charged at $20 each per night. Final headcount must be confirmed and paid no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm at 10 guests, and only those listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No additional visitors for any length of time. Middle TN residents, reach out for approval before making a reservation. Instant bookings by locals are subject to cancellation. Families and children are always welcome, but the home is not child-proofed.

🎉 Festive Decor: Planning to hang decorations? Wall-saver tape is required and all decor must be removed prior to check-out. Any damage to walls, ceilings, or paint will be charged to the guest.

📷 Camera Awareness: Safety and privacy matter! There are 2 actively recording security cameras: one at the front door and one on the exterior of the garage. There are no cameras or recording devices inside.

🛠️ Keep Us in the Loop: Accidents happen. Inform us about any breakages or damage so we can address them promptly. We appreciate your honesty.

🧰 Appliances and Repairs: Well tackle household equipment issues as quickly as possible. If we cant restore an appliance or other equipment to habitable standards (as determined by us), well do our best to relocate guests or, if not possible, refund the remainder of the stay. In the rare event this happens, we are not financially responsible for new accommodations.

💼 Liability Matters: Were not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or the loss of valuables on the premises. Guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property and take on all liability and expenses to repair or replace things they break.

🥳 No Confetti or Glitter: Seriously. Its a glitter-free zone. (Bet you didnt think wed need to say that!)
